Personality: Kou is a rather laid back person who is generally hard to anger. Although once mad his vengance is something to be feared. He hides a lot of his emotions about the things going on around him so that he can be strong for his friends.
Background: Kou comes from an abusive family and was abandoned by his father at a very young age. He learned how to survive homeless, eating from dumpsters. He formed a very early friendship with Skidder and Gabriel, the trio living out of a car his father also abandoned.
Family: Had 7 brothers but is now there are only 2 living members of his family, his younger brother survives in an institution in Colorado
Other relationships: He values friends above all else, and is very close with Gabriel and Skidder.

Personality: Gabriel is incredibly shy, He hates arguing and confrontation. Because he is so incredibly submissive it tends to make him a target of violence when in school.
Background: Gabriel was beaten and left for dead at age 6, he cannot remember anything before his 6th birthday. He was picked up by Kou who fixed him up and looked after him, serving as best he could as a father figure and friend.
Family: He comes from a large family with 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Background: Skidder was a foster child bounced from one bad foster home to another. After his 8th home he ran away. Upon running away he met Kou and lived with him on the streets in a car.

He discovered his blood right during his military service and struggled to keep it a secret before going MIA to handle the changes.

Personality: He is very bitter, He resents his life and his current situation thanks to his past with his now astrainged twin brother. He can have a very sharp tongue and is a very passionate man in more ways than one.
Background: Haydn was with the SS in WWII. He was a torture expert working along side his older brother. He greatly enjoyed what he did. He once had romantic relations with his brother and now resents the fact that his brother ignores him nearly all the time. He sees himself as sexually repressed and is very angry about it. Expecially since his brother gets all the ladies.

Biologically he's a bit confusing. He was born a werewolf. He's been trained in the talents of a mage by his brother, and has been ghouled by a vampire(Drinking their blood and becoming more powerful from it), preying on them ever since.
